Common Sense Lending

We are privately funded so can move quickly and have a common sense lending approach. We don't work to a specific valuation panel and we allow valuations to be re-typed.

We understand that every project is unique, which is why we allocate a single underwriter to each case and allow them to speak directly with borrowers, helping to maximise continuity, deliver flexible loans and commit to common sense lending decisions.

We are a bridging lender that drawdowns upon receipt of invoice instead of in arrears, putting less strain on cashflow. We regularly conduct the Loan Monitoring 'in-house' to prevent unnecessary extra costs for borrowers.
